Deliveries
Our in-house delivery team only deliver within M25. We can obtain from a private delivery company an estimate for ‘Direct delivery-single order’ or you’re welcome to arrange collection from our workshop.
DELIVERIES/COLLECTION
HANDLING:
· Your products MUST be handled/carried, moved and stored correctly to avoid damage. It is advisable for two people to carry the items, as they can snap/break easily. Some cornices, due to their shape, require extra care when handling. Always carry the cornice on its side—on edge, not flat supported with both arms extended to ensure even weight distribution across the cast.
STORAGE:
· If packaged please unwrap immediately to avoid moisture. Do not store on an unprotected floor (damage to floor). We cannot be held at fault or responsible for damaged caused with how/where stored. Products should be stored on a flat dry surface and cornice, if boxed together, do not store higher than a boxed pair. Alternatively, it can be stored upright at an angle against a wall.
PRODUCTS:
· Are delicate and maybe delivered/collected ‘green/live’. Minimal/no packaging used. It is normal for our plaster products to arrive in their natural state-rough surfaces/edges, surface scratches/dents, chipping with some flaws and it is completely normal for cornice to shrink, and cracks to appear and the expectation to decorate, make good, and paint after installation is expected, a skilled decorator will be familiar with this.
