We aim to handle all orders quickly. Once an order has been placed with delivery arranged and full payment received, it is our priority to dispatch the order within 7-10 working days.
Our delivery times are Monday-Friday between 7am – 1pm.
We will arrange a delivery day, a signature will be required.
We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public/Bank holidays. All orders are hand made to order and are non refundable or exchangeable once manufacture has commenced. Orders will not be left without a signature so please make sure that there is someone on site to receive the delivery to avoid unnecessary costs for a return. Orders can be left outside via arrangement. All deliveries are to the kerbside only and cannot be carried onto site or upstairs etc. It is the customer’s responsibility not the driver’s to ensure that the materials are moved from the kerbside.
We charge £40.00 (Incl. VAT) within M25. Free on orders over £320.00
Within 60 Miles
If you require a delivery outside M25 and within 60 miles, the cost will be £75.00 (Incl. VAT). This cost applies to a 60 miles radius from our workshop site SE20 8HW.
Over 60 Miles
For all other deliveries outside the 60 miles radius, we may use a private courier company. Please contact us via email email@example.com for an estimate.

Unit D Franklin Industrial estate, 20 Franklin Rd, London SE20 8HW. Please select 'Collection Only' at check out. (Please note a 3 meter long van will be required for Cornice).
Cornice should be stored on a flat surface and boxed together, do not store higher than a single boxed pair/please do not store other goods on top of the Cornice. Alternatively the Cornice can be stored upright at an angle on a scaffold board, against a wall. Ceiling Centres should be stored on a flat surface, please do not store other goods on top. Alternatively the Ceiling centre can be stored upright at an angle on a scaffold board, against a wall. Please note that some of our Ceiling Centres come in seprate pieces and should be stored accordingly.
Please note that Cornice Store Ltd (Cornice London Ltd) cannot be held responsible for damage to goods after delivery.
RETURNS & DAMAGE
All our products are made to order and are not refundable or exchangeable once manufacture has commenced.
Although it is a rare occurrence for damage to happen, human errors do occur. Please do check your order upon arrival, also that you have received the correct item/product too. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that your order was damaged before a signature and we will despatch another at no additional charge.
